Our mission statement provides a clear definition of our reason for existence in line with the mandate. Thus, our mission is articulated as: “To accelerate service delivery that is accessible and sustainable, through strengthened institutional capacity building and smart partnerships, to benefit local businesses, the entire community, investors and visitors; by building a strong, vibrant and inclusive economy for all stakeholders.”

Our vision clearly articulates where we want to be and the future direction of Tsumeb Municipality (TM) in line with our business philosophy and reason for existence, and it answers the question, “What does TM want to be?” “To be a well-managed modern city, offering diverse services and opportunities to its community and the business fraternity; and unlocking socio-economic development for all stakeholders, providing unlimited opportunities for all.”
