• Copy of Identity Cards of all owners (certified within 6 months)
• All owners to co-sign application form OR give proxy of signature in writing
• Tariff payment for connection fee is applicable

• Company registration documents
• Copy of Identity Cards of Director/Managing Director (certified within 6 months)
• Director/Managing Director to sign application on behalf of the company
• Tariff payment for connection fee is applicable
